CCN Signs Technical, Management and Acquisiton agreement with Odu'a Telecoms Ltd.

In March 2011, a major milestone was reached in the corporate live of Odu'a Telecoms Limited (O'Net). The company and Concave Communications International signed a Finance and Technical Management Agreement which effectively transferred the day to day running of the O'Net to Concave. With this Agreement, the funding being provided by Concave would be subsequently converted into shareholding in O'Net up to the limit of 75% shareholding.


O'Net is Licensed by Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) as a Regional CDMA operator and National Internet Service Provider. It has its headquarters in Ibadan, South West Nigeria.

At the signing ceremony, the Executives of both companies reiterated that the O'Net-Concave partnership is a bond, forged for the benefit of the customer and the stakeholders of O'Net within and outside South West Nigeria. Until the Agreement O'Net was 100% owned by Odu'a Investment Company a conglomerate owned by the five State Governments of South West Nigeria. Concave Communications International through it's Nigeria subsidiary Concave Communications Networks Limited, has over the years provided ISP, engineering, management and integration services through out Nigeria. She partnered with Solid Interconnectivity Services Limited to offer mediation and interconnection services to telecommunication houses and also managed GiCell Wireless Limited, an Abuja based Telecommunications outfit. With this footprint in South West Nigeria, Concave has set itself as a telco powerhouse as it desires to turn O'Net into the solution provider of choice in the areas of Voice and Data Convergence Solutions...
