CCN Signs Technical Management Agreements with GiCELL Wireless Ltd

The relationship between CCN and GiCell Wireless was consummated in December 2008 when the two companies signed a technical agreement requiring CCN to provide technical support, logistics and overall project management, towards the effective implementation of its telecommunication roll-out programme.
GiCell, a licensed Universal Access Telephony Operator is also a rural telephone operator. Operating on the 450MHz frequency spectrum, GiCell Wireless presently has covered a good number of rural communities, with network presence in five Nigerian states: Adamawa, Borno, Cross-River, Kwara and Oyo.
